Start with the challenge you want to solve. I develop the creative approach and take responsibility for design and production. Elfie manages the project. Lilly provides back-office support.

    Enquiry & discovery

    A discovery session gives us a shared understanding of the audience, the goal, existing materials, budget and timing. You do not need to arrive with every answer.

    Roadmap

    We define deliverables and milestones, identify who approves the work and plan when feedback is needed. Before production starts, we agree the scope, proposal and usage rights: which media the work is licensed for and for how long.

    Concept & approval

    I develop the idea, concept and visual approach. Storyboards, style frames or animatics, early animated sequences, help us agree the direction. Production starts once you approve the concept.

    Production & execution

    I turn the approved concept into the finished work, bringing design and technical production together. Scheduled check-ins keep you involved. Elfie coordinates timing and communication.

    Feedback & refinement

    Two or three feedback rounds are included, depending on the project. The proposal specifies the number. Elfie gathers your feedback and I make the agreed adjustments. We check the visuals, edit, any audio and the formats before you approve the final version.

    The finished product

    The agreed files and versions are prepared for their intended channels, with the agreed usage rights. If you need adaptations or further development later, we can plan those together.
