Relying solely on AI in visual production means losing control and quality. Ignoring AI means falling behind. The future belongs to those who can bridge both worlds.

That’s exactly what I do. For over 20 years, I’ve been bringing brands and stories to life visually as a Senior Motion Designer, 3D Artist, and Art Director. My craft spans the entire 3D pipeline (Cinema 4D, Substance Painter, After Effects), character animation, explainer films, TV packaging, and large-scale projects for clients including ZDF, ProSiebenSat.1, Mercedes-Benz, SEAT, Roche, and Johnson & Johnson.

How deep my craft goes? My 3D short film “Snowbot 21” was a complete one-man production from story and character design through rigging, animation, and rendering. Entirely without AI. And that’s precisely the foundation that makes the difference when I use AI tools today: I know what I need because I know how it works by hand.

As one of the earliest testers of Midjourney, I now integrate generative AI tools into my work daily: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, KlingAI, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Veo 3, 11Labs, Suno, Meshy, Tripo, Hunyuan and whatever comes next. I build hybrid workflows that combine AI-generated elements with hand-animated layers, traditional compositing, and creative direction.

On top of that: For over 10 years, I’ve been working in QC at Maxon, testing Cinema 4D features before they’re released. This insider knowledge feeds directly into my production work.

What drives me: curiosity, a hunger for knowledge, and the conviction that the best creative solutions emerge when deep craft expertise meets the possibilities of new technology. Relevance isn’t about age – it’s about flexibility, creativity, and the drive to improve every single day.
